Navigating Cascade Pinto Shows
NEW with Pinto in 2026
All PtHA memberships must be completed online at epinto.org, this includes all Regular memberships, Walk/Trot, Youth, Amateur, Novice cards. You will pay online and you can have a card uploaded within 5 minutes.
No checks will be taken at the shows for any type of membership(s), if a check is written you will not be eligible to show at the show.
Show Office Requirements: All Cascade Shows
All Pinto entries, you must provide your current membership(s), copy of your PtHA Registration papers, current measurement form for all Miniatures/Ponys for the current year. When doing the online registration we ask that you sign up for all your intended class, you will only be charged for the Show Office fee & 2 classes, but it really helps speed up the paperwork if you sign up for all your classes when doing your online entry, the remainder of your class you will billed for at the end of the show. You will not be charged for scratched classes providing you scratch online & at the gate.
You will be asked to leave an Open check or register a credit card for payment for the end of the show. This includes exhibitors with permanent numbers. Assigned numbers are not handed out without a form of payment. Checking in is important because we may have questions that could affect your show &/or association points.
All Breed Classes: Please fill out all the information on the online entry form, upload all the documents that it is requesting, please sign up for all your classes that you are wanting to show in, the system will only charge you for the Show Office fee and two All Breed classes, the reaming classes you will be billed for at the end of the show. . You will not be charged for scratched classes providing you scratch online & at the gate.

Back Numbers: If you have that special, lucky number that you would like to have , you can Pre-Pay $10.00 at cascadepinto.com, you can select your special or lucky number and it will be waiting for you in the office with 3 laminated numbers that you can use at all of Cascade Pinto shows for 2026.
When you arrive at the Show Office you will be greeted by Karen Lunan or Bianca Crawford, they can help you navigate your entries, they will make sure your memberships are UpToDate, your W/T, Amateur, Youth, Novice Cards are current so you can show at the show. (If you show in a class that you do not have a membership paid for in advance all your points will be DQ at the PtHA office).
You are required to show or upload on the online entry form a current PtHA horse registration for the Horse, Mini, Pony, Donkey. Utility, All Owners listed on the PtHA Horse Registration must be current members of PtHA, no exception. If the Names listed on the PtHA horse registration are different than the person showing the horse in pinto class a Family Relationship must be filled out. Failure to do this all points will be DQ at the PtHA office. For Immediate family defines as Father, Mother, Full or half-siblings, Grandparents, Aunt, Uncles, Niece, Nephew, Legal guardian, spouse, Son, Daughter and Grandchild.
This form is available at PtHA.net under show tab and forms or will be available in the show office. It is highly recommended to fill this form out every year and submit to PtHA.
You must provide copy of all memberships, Amateur/Youth/Walk/Trot/Novice Eligibility, if you cannot provide it and its not in the PtHA system from look up capability, you will be required to purchase another membership no exceptions from PtHA Office at epinto.net, you will have a current membership within 5 min. and you will be eligible to show. All Miniature/Ponies must provide a current 2026 measurement form. Once you receive the Pinto email confirming the new/renewed membership, please forward the email to showyourhorse@aol.com. The office will need a copy of that email for their records.
Stalls, RV’s, must be completed online at cascadepinto.com, No checks will be allowed to hold Stalls/Rv prior to the show. The cleaning deposit of $30 is available to those who choose to clean their stall. All information and pictures must be submitted thru the online link. The refund will go back on the card used to reserve the stall. Stalls paid with cash or checks are not eligible for a stall cleaning refund.
Patterns are posted online at cascadepinto.com Make a copy or save them to your phone of the Class list and patterns so you have those at the show. No paper copies will not be available at the show.
Stall assignments are handled by First Paid first served, if you are part of group, trainer or just want to be with friend please make those notations on the stall Form.
RV assignments are handled by First Paid first served, If you are part of a group, or want to have a RV in a specific location or with a friend please make those notations on the online form. We will do our best to handle those special requests.
Stall/RV charts will be posted on Fb the day before the arrival date of the show.
Miniature/Pony measurements: All Miniatures/Ponys must be measured at the show, by certified PtHA measures. That announcement will happen at the show. Please have a measurement form filled out prior to getting measured, if you would like to have a annual measurement card you can pay $5,00 at the show with a copy of the certified measurement form signed by Ptha Certified personnel and it will be sent into PtHA office for you, you will receive a Annual measurement form from Ptha that you can use the remainder of the year. A copy of the measurement form for the current year must be submitted to the office at every show.

Not showing in the Pinto classes, our membership has a Year End program for the All-Breed Division.

High Points: You must declare what high point you are wanting to be eligible for before you start showing, the High Point list and classes and how many classes you must go in are on the cascadepinto.com. A list of declared high points will be posted the 1st day of the show. That is the only time to make any corrections. Preliminary standings will be posted on Saturday with the opportunity to ask questions on Sunday morning. High point concerns will not be researched at the end of the show.
Quick reminders:
Listen to all special announcements, check social media, sign up for the Whats-up app, the show office and announcer will make posts to keep you updated on all classes, special announcements, start times, lunch, The speaker systems are not very reliable at the Tacoma Unit so please use the Whats-up App.
Results & scorecards will be posted online at www.cascadepinto.com. There is a process and the posting is not immediate. Please be patient.
Ingate: please check in for your class, please do not assume since you are in the warm up arena you will be checked in, If you fail to check in and miss your class you will be required to pay for the class. Please be kind and curious to the Ingate staff. All Pattern classes will have a holding area in the arena; you must be present to be eligible to go into your class.
At the End of the Show:
*High Points will be announced at the show, if you earn a High point and left early you must have someone pick up your award, we will not hold them or mail them.
The final High Point List will be posted on FB after the show.
*To check out you can come up to the office and check yourself out with the office staff, or you can check out online and the show staff will close out your account and email you a statement. If you forget to come to the office, the office will close out your bill using the check or credit card on file.
COMMUNCATION Prior to the show there will be important emails sent and posts on facebook. It is to your advantage to read the emails and/or follow us on facebook. It can make your experience with the show seamless.
CODE OF CONDUCT
*We expect each exhibitor, trainer & any supporting people of all participants to practice good sportsmanship
*Sportsmanship is not an act, it is an action. As a duty to yourself, the industry, and others around you, practicing good sportsmanship (even when it’s difficult) creates a positive environment where people want to return. *Appreciating your competition and winning and/or losing graciously are just the beginning of carrying out your role as good sportsmen and women.
*BE CONSIDERATE. We are all here for the same reason.
*BE NICE to your fellow exhibitor. If you witness inappropriate behavior, please contact management
*BE RESPECTFUL. We won't all agree all the time, but disagreement is no excuse for disrespectful behavior. Choose your words carefully.
*BE KIND to others. Do not insult or put down others. Harassment and belittling of another person will not be tolerated.
*DON’T HARRASS. In general, if someone asks you to stop something, then stop. If you believe that person is incorrect in asking you to stop, please contact management
*ALWAYS treat your show management, including but not limited to show manager, secretaries, ring steward, in gate person & judge, with respect. Yelling, caustic remarks and/or sarcasm will not be tolerated.
